Anthony Roibeárd Joseph Moran was born on September 09, 1996, in Middletown, Connecticut to Raymond Joseph Moran and Rosemary Louise Copes. He is a graduate of Middletown Public Schools. Anthony is a registered Republican who at one time was very active within Middletown politics serving on various city committees and even running for state and local office. He is a recent graduate of Capital Community College and is currently a part-time student at Charter Oak State College in New Britain. Besides his education, Anthony has been employed with Saint John Paul II Regional Catholic School since September 8, 2021. He is an active Parishioner of Saint John Roman Catholic Church in the North End section of Middletown. ​
